Warranty: 2+1-year option for private individuals

Companies specialising in mobile garages typically advertise a 1–2-year warranty on the market; however, you won’t always be given a detailed, written warranty certificate, and the terms and conditions aren’t always clear. With us, the standard warranty is already comprehensive, and if you’d like, You can also extend it with a +1-year extension.

• As a private individual: 2-year standard warranty + 1-year optional extension
  (24-month standard warranty, with the option to purchase a 12-month extension)

Important: the extended packages do not constitute a new guarantee, solely the warranty commitments set out in the Warranty Certificate provided at the time of installation its duration extend it.

1) Standard warranty (included with the product)

In the case of a private individual: 24-month warranty

The warranty period begins on the day of installation. The detailed terms and conditions are set out in the document provided at the time of installation Letter of Guarantee and are set out in the accompanying supplementary provisions.

2) What does the warranty cover?

According to the Letter of Guarantee, the warranty covers, amongst other things:

• the building suitable for its intended use,
• the quality of the materials used is satisfactory; the trapezoidal sheet metal used is covered by the warranty for the duration of the warranty period does not corrode,
• provided that the base is sufficiently level and the unit is assembled and secured correctly (by the seller), the building’s structure will remain sound when used for its intended purpose stable and safe,
• If the installation is carried out professionally (by the retailer), the roof will not leak
  (It does not constitute a leak if, in the case of a felt covering, water stains or dripping occur due to moisture accumulating on the felt; nor shall water ingress or seepage occurring at the bottom, where the concrete meets the framework, be regarded as water ingress, as buildings are not hermetically sealed; the installation of bottom waterproofing or insulation is the responsibility of the Purchaser),
• doors and windows, and the electronic equipment that ensures their operation suitable for their intended use.

3) Options for a one-year extension

If you’d like, the standard warranty You can extend it by +12 months.
For private individuals, therefore 2+1 years A warranty option is available.

Important: the packages are provided exclusively at the time of installation As set out in the letter of guarantee warranty terms and conditions its duration extend it.

MINI Warranty (Basic Package)

• Does not apply to gate motors
• During the extended period a maximum of 1 reported warranty claim (explained below)
• 1,199,000 Ft gross Available up to the purchase price, with two price bands:
• MINI A: up to a gross purchase price of 599,000 Ft → prize 19,900 Ft gross (max. 1 event)
• MINI B: From a purchase price of 600,000 Ft gross to 1,199,000 Ft gross → prize 29,900 Ft gross (max. 1 event)

PLUS Warranty (unlimited claims)

• +12 months extension of the term (as per the Letter of Guarantee)
• Does not apply to gate motors
• During the extended period unlimited warranty claims
• Available for any gross building price
  (The MINI is only available up to a purchase price of 1,199,000 Ft gross)

Calculation of fees: The Garancia PLUSZ premium is a percentage of the gross purchase price of the building 2%-a, but

• minimum fee: 34,900 Ft (gross),
• maximum fee: 134,900 Ft gross.

A brief and transparent guide to fee calculation:

• 1,745,000 Ft gross During this period, the PLUSZ fee is always: 34,900 Ft gross (minimum)
• HUF 1,745,000 gross – HUF 6,745,000 gross The fee ranges from: 2%
• 6,745,000 Ft gross Above this, the PLUSZ fee is always: 134,900 Ft gross (maximum)

Examples (gross building cost → Garancia PLUSZ fee):

• 400,000 Ft gross → 2% = 8,000 Ft gross → 34,900 Ft gross (minimum)
• 1,200,000 Ft gross → 2% = 24,000 Ft gross → 34,900 Ft gross (minimum)
• 1,750,000 Ft gross → 2% = 35,000 Ft gross
• 3,000,000 Ft gross → 2% = 60,000 Ft gross
• 6,745,000 Ft gross → 2% = 134,900 Ft gross (maximum)
• For amounts above 6,745,000 Ft gross, the PLUSZ fee is a fixed amount: 134,900 Ft gross

Motor Warranty (separate option for the gate motor)

The warranty on a gate motor usually in accordance with the manufacturer’s/distributor’s specific terms and conditions It is included, which is why the gate motor is not part of the package for the MINI and PLUSZ models. If you would like an additional 12 months’ cover for the gate motor, choose the Motor Warranty:

• +12 months Extension of the warranty period for the gate motor and the electronic equipment supplied by us for use with the gate motor
• Price: 29,900 Ft gross per gate motor

Warranty PRO (PLUS + Engine Warranty combined)

• Warranty PLUS + Engine Warranty at the same time
• Fee: Garancia PLUS fee + 29,900 Ft gross per gate motor
  (for a total of 1 gate motor: minimum gross 64,800 Ft, maximum gross 164,800 Ft – for multiple motors, the fee increases in proportion to the number of motors)

4) What does “warranty event” mean in the MINI package?

This constitutes a warranty claim in a single notification, indicated at a specific time, coherent a fault which the seller will investigate and treat as a warranty claim.
A new fault reported at a later, separate time is considered a new claim. The MINI package is valid for one warranty claim, whilst the PLUS and PRO packages are valid for an unlimited number of warranty claims.

5) When and how can the add-on be purchased?

• When placing an order: this may be listed on a separate line in the tender.
• After Installation: following installation within 14 days Activation can be requested.
• After installation (retrofitting): if it was not carried out at the time of ordering or within 14 days of installation, activation shall take place from the date of installation for 3 months still available retroactive activation fee in addition to (the fee for the chosen package for double the amount). After 3 months It is not possible to purchase the extension.

The validity of the extended package is subject to payment of the fee and receipt of the supplementary certificate sent electronically by the Seller.

Important: The duration of the +12-month extension is, in all cases, the as at the date of installation is calculated from this date (not from the date of any subsequent purchase).

Conditions for retrospective activation within 3 months: at the building until then there was no warranty claim, and for the condition assessment, the Customer photos and/or videos send to the Seller.

6) Reporting faults and handling claims (in accordance with the warranty certificate)

A warranty claim may be made in accordance with the terms set out in the Letter of Guarantee.
During the investigation, the Customer is obliged to cooperate (by sending photographs and/or videos and providing detailed information). The deadlines and procedure shall be as set out in the Warranty Certificate.

Motor Warranty (separate option for the gate motor) – for businesses

The warranty on a gate motor usually in accordance with the manufacturer’s/distributor’s specific terms and conditions This is how it works, which is why the gate motor is not included in the package for the MINI and PLUSZ models. If you’d like an additional 12 months’ cover for the gate motor, choose the Motor Warranty:

• +12 months Extension of the warranty period for the gate motor and the electronic equipment that controls its operation
• Price: 34,900 Ft gross per gate motor

Warranty PRO (PLUS + Engine Warranty combined) – for businesses

• Warranty PLUS + Engine Warranty at the same time
• Fee: Garancia PLUS fee + 34,900 Ft gross
  (for a total of 1 gate motor: minimum gross 76,800 Ft, maximum gross 194,800 Ft – for multiple motors, the fee increases in proportion to the number of motors)

• +24 months Extension of the warranty period for the gate motor and the electronic equipment that controls its operation
• Year 1: 34,900 Ft gross + Year 2: 27,900 Ft gross → prize a total of 62,800 Ft gross per gate motor

Warranty PRO (PLUS + Engine Warranty combined) – for businesses +24 months (Year 2 – 20% discount)

Total (+24 months): Warranty PLUS fee + 62,800 Ft gross per gate motor, i.e. for 1 gate motor:

• Minimum: 75,400 Ft gross + 62,800 Ft gross = prize 138,200 Ft gross
• Maximum: 287,800 Ft gross + 62,800 Ft gross = prize 350,600 Ft gross
• Where there are several engines, the fee increases in proportion to the number of engines
