Since we work with several manufacturing partners, we can accommodate various size requirements. Of course, there are structural limitations due to the design of the buildings, which affect load-bearing capacity and construction. Our colleagues will help you navigate the design process and find the most suitable solution for your needs.
For sample buildings displayed on our website, the current building dimensions are clearly listed in the description. If you request a custom quote, the request form includes diagrams to help you understand the building types and dimensions. If you're still unsure about the design, please contact us through one of our contact options, and our colleagues will assist you during business hours with the necessary information.
If one of the sample products on our website catches your eye, you can select the building, provide the necessary data, and then proceed to place your order. During the order form process, you have the option to modify certain parameters of the sample products and provide additional details about your preferences in the comments section. You will receive an automatic message confirming a successful order, and we will also send a confirmation email once we process your order.
If you do not receive a message after placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you can't find the confirmation message there, contact us by phone.
If you want to order from us with custom parameters, choose the request a quote option on our website. On the form, you can also upload a sketch or a hand-drawn plan, which the system will send to us along with your quote request.
You can, of course, send your quote requests via email, but the form on the website makes it clearer what information we need to prepare the quote. This reduces the number of back-and-forth emails, so you can receive your quote more quickly.
We usually respond to quote requests within 1-3 business days, in the order they are received. However, very unique requests are reviewed and priced by the manufacturing center, which may take more time. Naturally, we strive to respond to all our customers as quickly as possible.
Please note that we do not accept orders or quote requests over the phone, as this increases the risk of incorrect parameter and customer data entry, for which MobilGarázsBolt.hu cannot be held responsible. Therefore, customers must have an email account or an email address where communication between you and our company can be securely conducted. Written documentation ensures that everything proceeds according to the description from the quote/request to the installation and throughout the warranty period.
Important Information!
In some cases, an order may not appear correctly in our system: you receive the confirmation even though we have not recorded it. In such cases, we receive an error message and will ask you to resend the order parameters, so please provide a reliable email address and phone number where we can reach you! Unfortunately, Google-based systems may not always handle Freemail, Citromail, Yahoo, and Hotmail addresses correctly, so emails or quote requests sent from these addresses may not appear in our system. If you use such an email address, please contact us via any of our contact options after submitting your quote request so we can check if we received your message.
The dimensions we specify always refer to the external size. This way, it's possible to determine how large a foundation is needed for the product. Even considering the assembly technology and foundation quality, there may be a maximum deviation of 2-3 cm between the ordered and the actually installed building dimensions, so you can confidently plan with the parameters in your order. Internal dimensions may vary significantly depending on individual customer needs, even for two buildings that look identical from the outside. Therefore, it's advisable to understand how the framework may shape the internal space during the design phase.
A DELUX In this version, the products are normally manufactured with a galvanised hollow-section frame; however, a hollow-section frame finished with a double coat of brown or black topcoat is also available within this product range. In the case of insulated buildings with sandwich panels, naturally, all frame components are galvanised.
Operating principle and advantages of an anti-condensation felt roof:
1. Absorbs most of the moisture generated by condensation on the inside of the roof, thereby greatly inhibiting water dripping in the event of large indoor-outdoor temperature fluctuations.
2. It dampens noise (rain, hail).
3. Provides additional protection against rusting. To ensure the efficient operation of the felt covering and to avoid saturation, it is important to ensure that the garage is properly ventilated.
In the case of the PRÉMIUM and DELUX quality versions, it is possible to cover the roof of the building with plywood instead of trapezoidal sheeting. In this case, galvanised trapezoidal sheet metal (without felt coating in the standard case) is first applied to the roof and then covered with plywood. The air layer between the plywood and the trapezoidal sheet is partially insulating, so it is not necessarily necessary to felt clad the trapezoidal sheet, but felt cladding is available and recommended at an extra cost.

Under the regulations introduced on 1 January 2017, no planning permission was required until October 2024 for buildings with a volume not exceeding 100 cubic metres and a ridge height not exceeding 4.5 metres. However, under the amendments to building regulations that came into force on 1 October 2024, the construction of a mobile garage may require a planning permission or a simple notification, depending on its dimensions and function. The new rule no longer specifies volume, but only floor area.
You can read more about this topic in our article: Mobile garage building permit and regulations.
For orders involving large quantities of products or bespoke buildings, we will provide a bespoke quotation. To finalise the order, an advance payment equivalent to at least 50% of the purchase price is required. Depending on the technical specifications, value and specific terms of the order in question, a higher advance payment of up to 100% may be required. We will always provide written notification of the exact amount of the advance payment, the payment deadline and the details of the invoice.
You can contact us with your questions on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00. You can find our contact details here If our colleagues cannot answer the phone because they are assisting another customer, please be patient, and we will call you back.
You can, of course, email us at any time of the day, but please note that we cannot handle phone or email inquiries on public holidays, weekends, or outside customer service hours.
Naturally, the assistance provided during installation, which our interpreter handles, will be available to you throughout the delivery process.
You can track your order via email or phone, but we can only provide the delivery date once our logistics team has planned the route that includes your address.
Do you have a question? Let's talk about it!
After you confirm your order and provide us with the exact delivery address, we will send the building's specifications to the manufacturing center. You must provide the reception date with your order, indicating when you can start receiving the building at the installation site. Our logistics team will use this date as a basis for planning, and as soon as possible, your ordered building will be loaded onto the next truck heading your way.
As soon as our logistics team has finalised the delivery route that includes your order, by no later than 5–7 working days before installation We will contact you by telephone to let you know the delivery date, giving an estimated a time interval of 3–5 hours, when our fitters arrive at your place.
A DELUX and DELUX insulated buildings available on the SzendvicspanelGarázs.hu website They are made to order, so delivery times are generally longer than for mobile garages of a simpler design.
A In the case of our DELUX-specification buildings Due to the fact that items are made to order, the delivery time is usually 4–8 weeks, whilst the For the DELUX insulated version typically 1–3 months.
The exact delivery time may be influenced by a number of factors, such as production capacity, the current number of orders, the organisation of the specific delivery route, the accessibility of the installation address, and how far the town or village in question is from the main transport routes.
Delivery times are for information purposes only, so the actual installation date may vary depending on production, logistics and route planning. Of course, we will do everything we can to ensure that the building you have ordered is delivered to you as soon as possible.
The confirmation is always done over the phone. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure that your contact information is accurately recorded when providing your personal details.
During the confirmation process, our colleague will check the parameters of the building with you once again to ensure that the product is manufactured to your specifications. A sketch of the building is often produced by the production centre and sent to you by e-mail. It is a good idea to check the details in the sketch carefully and, if possible, confirm them with us the same day - or let us know if any corrections are needed so that the production process can start as soon as possible.
During the confirmation process, contact details are verified, the address and coordinates of the installation site, payment and billing details, and our customers are given the phone number of our translator, who they can call during the installation if necessary to coordinate with the Polish installation colleagues. Finally, during the confirmation process, we will agree on the conditions for the arrival and parking of the truck and we will also ask for photographs of the foundation so that the installers can plan the installation of the building as smoothly as possible, taking into account the conditions on site. If it is not possible to ensure that the truck arrives at the installation site, that it is properly parked and that the necessary conditions for the safe assembly of the building are not available, our manufacturing partner may refuse to deliver or assemble the product. If during the confirmation we receive false information that is not true and the installation is cancelled due to the Customer's fault, the manufacturing and service costs will be invoiced.
If you are unavailable during the installation, we will try to contact you by e-mail. As we work with groupage deliveries and deliveries on the route are closely spaced, we can wait up to 1 hour if we are unable to contact you using any of the contact details you have provided. In this case, we may charge a penalty and a cancellation fee, and we will only be able to deliver your order on the next scheduled route to that region, subject to an additional delivery fee.
A Delivery of DELUX and DELUX insulated buildings This is carried out using single-unit lorries with a capacity of 3.5, 5, 12, 15 or 18 tonnes. The vehicles, together with their load, typically 4–4.2 metres tall, at least 2.8 metres wide, and 9–12 metres long.
Exactly which vehicle arrives at the delivery address is determined on the basis of the specific delivery route, the organisation, the information available, the current availability of lorries, and the logistical planning for that particular delivery.
The size of the delivery vehicle cannot be selected. If required due to the nature of the access route, delivery may be carried out using a smaller vehicle subject to prior agreement; however, this may result in a longer delivery time.
To get to the venue, you will need at least 3 metres wide, and at least 4.2 metres of headroom, an accessible route is required.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the specified installation address and the access route to it comply with the above conditions, and to provide advance notice of any restrictions, narrow streets, low overhead cables, gates, bridges or other obstacles in advance.
For the delivery, the lorry must be near the site can stand safely, and that adequate parking facilities are provided for the duration of unloading and installation. Precise access arrangements and unloading facilities may require prior consultation in all cases; we may therefore request information about the site and access routes photos and/or videos.
If, due to the specific characteristics of the site, it is not possible to drive the lorry safely right up to the installation point, in certain cases it may be possible for the customer to arrange for the components to be transported onwards by a separately, in a suitable vehicle, onto which the building’s components can be moved without damage. As this requires additional time and special organisation compared with the standard installation process, this is only by prior arrangement, and if necessary for an additional charge is feasible.
To ensure the building is delivered accurately and safely, our fitters will deliver it directly to the contracted from our Polish manufacturing partners arrive with the ordered product. Our colleagues are native Polish speakers, so for any necessary clarifications and discussions telephone interpreting We guarantee this. We will always provide the interpreter’s contact details when confirming the booking.
When placing an order, you must always provide the date of admission, which indicates the date from which you will definitely be able to take delivery of the building you have ordered at the installation site. Our logistics team will use this date as a basis for their planning, and as soon as possible, the building you have ordered will be loaded onto the next available lorry heading your way.
As soon as our logistics team has finalised the delivery route that includes your order, by no later than 5–7 working days before installation We will contact you by telephone to let you know the delivery date, giving an estimated a time interval of 3–5 hours, when our fitters arrive at your place.
A In the case of our DELUX-specification buildings Due to the fact that items are made to order, the delivery time is usually 4–8 weeks, whilst the For the DELUX insulated version typically 1–3 months. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on production capacity, the number of orders, route planning and current logistical arrangements.
It is therefore particularly important that you specify a readiness date when the site is actually ready for installation. If a date is specified when the site is not yet ready, but the building would already be included in a delivery route, this could significantly complicate logistical planning, and the delivery may be postponed to a later date.
Please provide, with due care, the date from which the building can be safely and easily installed on site. Thank you!
Delivery and on-site assembly take place on weekdays (and occasionally on Saturdays), between 6.00 am and 10.00 pm at the latest. The buildings along the route and their delivery times are planned and specified by our logistics specialist based at the manufacturing centre. The delivery slots are tightly scheduled, so unfortunately we are unable to accommodate individual requests. Our company operates on a consolidated delivery basis, which means that installations always cover a specific region, and our colleagues often assemble 15–25 buildings along a single route. This is how we are able to offer our customers very competitive prices; otherwise, individual installations would significantly increase both organisational and implementation costs. We can notify our customers no later than 5–7 working days before installation. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that the fitters arrive several hours later than the scheduled time, for example in the event of a technical problem. If the original delivery time is in the evening, then, although rare, the delay may be such that the fitters are only able to start a particular installation the following morning. Naturally, as soon as we have this information, we will notify all customers along the route. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Once you have ordered the building, our logistics team will put it on a route as soon as possible. In this case, we will contact you at least 5-7 business days before delivery to inform you of the exact installation date and provide you with a 3-5 hour window when our installers are expected to arrive at your location to assemble the building.
After placing the order, if you know that access to the installation site requires a permit, please contact us as soon as possible. Our colleagues will ask during route confirmation if any official documents are required for access, but it is your responsibility to check this. Access permits can be requested from local municipalities with the truck's registration certificate, which we can send you via email if needed. The cost of obtaining an access permit is always the buyer's responsibility. In Budapest, we handle the administrative process, but the cost of the document is also borne by the customer. We cannot conduct the administrative process outside Budapest. If you do not obtain the necessary document and the authorities impose a fine, you must pay the full amount.
Before installation, it is necessary to agree on the distance over which materials will need to be moved between the lorry’s parking space and the installation site. To assess this, We ask that you always in advance photos and/or videos about the venue and how to get there.
For the installation, it is essential that the lorry can stop safely near the site and that suitable parking is provided for the duration of the installation. The arrangements for unloading and transporting the components to the site are always an important part of the preliminary consultation.
If the installation site is difficult to access, is full of obstacles, or if unloading and handling materials is significantly more difficult than usual, performance is only by separate arrangement, and the In accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions and the relevant sections of the FAQs It could happen.
Ensuring that the appropriate conditions for installation are in place is essential for the proper and safe assembly of the product. If these conditions are not met, delivery or installation may be refused, or further performance may only take place in accordance with the terms set out in the General Terms and Conditions.
All our buildings are custom-built to meet the client’s specific requirements. It is therefore particularly important that the client is aware of the site conditions accurate and truthful information shall provide. If the work cannot be carried out because incorrect or incomplete information was provided in advance regarding the site, the consequences of this shall be GTC according to are taking shape.
Before installation, it is always necessary to check the distance over which materials need to be moved between the lorry’s parking space and the installation site.
up to 20 m Manual handling is always included in the price.
For certain types of building, a tolerance limit of up to 25 m may be applied.
If the installation distance over 25 m, the handling of goods is no longer considered a basic requirement, and the additional conditions, charges and options relating to this are set out in the GTC, and in accordance with the relevant FAQs.
If the installation distance exceeds 25 metres, and the manual handling of materials by fitters requires separate organisation; the service for an additional charge is available.
The surcharge depends on the distance and the size of the building. The charges are calculated according to the following zones:
The surcharge applies in all cases must be settled in advance. If it transpires on site that the manual handling distance exceeds 25 metres and the surcharge has not been paid in advance, installation cannot commence until the fee has been settled.
If, based on the conditions on site, the route to the installation site is obstructed, problematic or difficult to navigate, the Service Provider is entitled to charge the fee applicable to that zone a fee that is one level higher to apply this, or, where justified, to refuse unloading and the delivery of the items to the site.
If, on site, the fitters find that the installation or the delivery of the components to the site would involve unforeseen, unagreed or disproportionate difficulties, they are entitled to refuse to unload and install them.
In such cases, further performance, any subsequent call-out and the associated charges are the In accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions are taking shape.
If the customer fails to meet the conditions necessary for successful delivery and installation, our manufacturing partner’s installation team will be required to return the product to the manufacturing centre. We can arrange for redelivery in accordance with the ordered specification, taking into account the current average delivery time applicable at the time the new delivery is organised. This timeframe is for information purposes only and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. It is important to note that, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, a daily storage charge will be applied at this stage, as well as a re-delivery charge to cover the costs of the unsuccessful delivery.
As our buildings are always manufactured in accordance with the client’s requirements, following several confirmations, the customer must pay the price of the building after manufacture, even if they subsequently no longer require the product or if the customer is found to be responsible for a failed installation. We can only undertake the next delivery if the customer has paid our company in advance the full purchase price of the building, the redelivery fee and any storage charges that may have arisen.
Although we always strive to ensure that buildings reach customers in the best possible condition, there is a risk that aesthetic damage may occur during multiple deliveries and the exceptional repacking before storage, for which neither we nor the manufacturing center can provide a warranty.
A For DELUX and DELUX insulated buildings The price includes the removal of the plastic sheeting and tidying up the site.
Nevertheless, it may be the case that, following installation, small amounts of minor installation debris remain on site. The removal of such debris does not constitute a separate service or a warranty issue, but may be regarded as a minor on-site tidying task associated with the general handover following installation.
For further advice on removing the film, see the „After installation” You’ll find it there, to some extent.
A DELUX In the case of our prefabricated buildings, the entire frame structure is constructed from galvanised hollow sections as standard. In this case, however, it is possible, at an additional cost, to have the frame components painted (a primer coat followed by a second top coat in brown or black).
You can find more information about the frameworks here: FRAMEWORK PARAMETERS
The walls of our lightweight-frame buildings are made from T7 trapezoidal sheets. For the roof, we use either T12 or T14 trapezoidal sheets, depending on the design. If the DELUX If you would like a roof covering made of corrugated sheet metal for our buildings of this design, trapezoidal sheet metal will still be fitted underneath the panels. The trapezoidal sheets used in production are exclusively Class I.
You can find more information about the sheet metal cladding here: TRAPEZOIDAL SHEET PARAMETERS
The sheet metal of the walls and doors/windows is riveted to the structure during manufacturing, while our installers secure the roof sheets in place with self-tapping screws at the installation site.
The garages, storage units, etc., we install are not hermetically sealed structures. Since our products are mostly metal structures covered with sheet metal and installed outdoors, it is essential to consider the external environmental factors that affect the building. These include, for example, water vapor condensing on the internal walls or roof due to temperature fluctuations, or water stains and leaks between the concrete foundation and the building's base due to precipitation, depending on the slope and design of the foundation. Ensuring proper ventilation and insulation is always the client's responsibility. Therefore, our buildings are not suitable for human habitation or for storing items sensitive to temperature fluctuations or moisture. MobilGarázsBolt.hu does not assume any responsibility for damage caused by careless or poorly planned storage.
We offer an extended 2-year warranty on all installed buildings for private individuals, which is 1 year for orders placed by companies. The warranty covers welds, rivets, gate motor components, moving parts, wall cladding, the quality of the framework material, and additional parts/products used in the building.
As a new feature, it is now possible to extend the warranty period: private individuals can opt for a +1-year extension, whilst business customers can choose an extended warranty of either +1 or even +2 years. For full details of the specific packages, terms and fees, please see the Warranty & Warranty Plus You can read more on the subpage.
The warranty does not cover minor scratches from transportation or small damages that do not affect the durability of the sheet metal cladding. These are inevitable in mass production and group deliveries. By manufacturing and delivering products this way, we can offer our customers the best possible value for money. As a result, it is unfortunately not possible to guarantee that the ordered building will always be delivered without any damage. However, if the building arrives with significant damage, we will repair or replace the damaged part(s) under warranty.
The galvanization or paintwork of the framework may suffer slight damage during transportation and repacking, which is not covered by the warranty. If the building is ordered with a painted framework instead of a galvanized one, it is recommended to treat the framework with an additional topcoat soon after installation to prevent early corrosion and preserve the steel's quality.
After the garage is installed, you must remove the protective film from the building. If the protective film remains on the building, it can damage the paint layer depending on the weather conditions, and it will become increasingly difficult to remove over time. We ask you to remove the film immediately after installation in very hot weather because if it stays on the sheet metal for too long, it will stick so strongly that it can only be removed in small pieces. In winter, the adhesive hardens and remains on the sheet metal surface, making it much harder to remove the film during the winter months. In such cases, it is advisable to wait until the temperature reaches at least 5 degrees Celsius.
During manufacturing, cutting trapezoidal sheets and riveting them generate metal shavings, which cannot be completely removed from the factory despite our best efforts. These metal shavings often stick to the trapezoidal sheets in barely visible ways, leading to rust spots on the sheet metal surface later when they come into contact with precipitation. In most cases, these can be removed with a warm, wet cloth. Since it only becomes apparent that the mentioned shavings remained on the sheet metal after installation when corrosion begins, it is your responsibility to wipe off and remove the rust spots. We ask you to do this as soon as possible to prevent damage to the sheet metal cladding.
Proper preparation of the foundation is crucial for smooth installation. You can find more information about this on our website under Information/Articles.
If the available foundation is not level, the installers will be forced to support the building at the necessary points to complete the assembly successfully, ensuring that the building is left not only assembled but also usable after the installation. In the case of an improper foundation, proper adjustment and operation of doors/windows can only be achieved through supports and leveling. Therefore, height correction is necessary in such cases. If this happens during installation, it is essential that you promptly fix the foundation. In such work, you must take extra care to maintain the adjusted height of the building to ensure the proper functioning of the doors/windows. Without a proper foundation, we cannot guarantee the building's normal use or operation, and full responsibility will rest with you.
The warranty on the anchoring can only be claimed if our installers do it. If you do the anchoring, you can only claim the warranty on the garage structure. Unfortunately, we cannot accept complaints about improper anchoring and cannot be held responsible for any subsequent damage resulting from it. In such cases, warranty repairs are not available, except for a service fee. If we anchor the building on an improperly prepared foundation at your request and responsibility, we cannot provide a warranty for it due to the improper foundation, even though we carried out the building's anchoring.
Extreme weather conditions, natural disasters: snowfall of more than 10 cm, Beaufort scale winds of gale force or more, hail - these are all factors for which we cannot guarantee the building. Snowfall of more than 10cm does not mean that the building will collapse, but as it is a lightweight building, do not subject the building to the weight or load of a snowfall layer of more than 10cm.
For repairs under warranty, you should expect a similar timeframe to that for deliveries. The For the DELUX version on average, for repairs under warranty 4–8 weeks, whilst the For the DELUX insulated version on average 1–3 months is required. Warranty call-outs, therefore, take place on weekdays – and occasionally on Saturdays – between 6.00 am and 10.00 pm, in the same way as installations. Appointments are arranged by the logistics team at the manufacturing centre. These may be subject to slight changes depending on the route, in which case we will always inform you. If you are unable to accommodate our technicians at the specified and agreed time, please bear in mind that arranging a new appointment will, on average, take just as long as scheduling the original visit. As our appointments are tightly scheduled, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate individual requests. We do not reimburse the costs of modifications or repairs carried out by other manufacturers or specialists, unless our manufacturing partner has authorised them in advance and we have informed you of this.
Our manufacturing partners may occasionally offer discounted products. These buildings are sold during a promotional period or while supplies last. The reason for the discount could be a general, seasonal promotion (summer sale, winter sale, most popular product, etc.) or a special promotion (clearance sale, damaged product, or demo product, etc.). During general, seasonal promotions, only first-class buildings are available for order. During special promotions, second-class buildings are sold. This means that second-class products may have quality deviations (surface treatment deficiencies, larger-than-usual scratches, dents on some construction elements, sheets, etc.). However, in terms of function, they perform their duties just as well as first-class buildings. As a result, second-class buildings are considered value-reduced products, so the manufacturer may set different warranty conditions than those generally published for first-class buildings. We detail the changed conditions to our customers in our email and phone communication before ordering, and we also draw the attention of interested parties to this change in our promotional ads and posts.
Payment of the purchase price of the Products may be made by cash or bank transfer. Cash payment is only possible in person at our office, at a pre-arranged time, before the start of production. The final payment for the delivery can only be made by bank transfer.
You can pay the purchase price according to the following payment schedule:
Our prices are gross prices and include VAT 27%.
You can collect the documentation related to the building on-site.
Yes, we always provide you with the final and complete price of the building. We do not work with hidden costs. This may only differ if there is no response to the quote we sent within 8 days, if you later decide to add extras to the building, or if the shipping and installation conditions you previously provided do not match the reality.
It is your responsibility to prepare the receiving area for the building. This includes creating the proper foundation, and it is essential to provide accurate information to our colleagues about the installation site when coordinating delivery details.
You must provide valid contact information so that we can reach you for any clarifications.
If the information and contact details provided are inaccurate, we cannot take responsibility for incomplete or faulty service delivery.
In the case of the mobile garage and the other lightweight structures we offer, a suitable concrete foundation is required so that our fitters can assemble the structures we provide to the highest possible standard. Even the slightest unevenness in the foundation can cause visible discrepancies during the installation of a garage, which may affect the quality of the assembly. The manufacturing and delivery process can only begin once you have confirmed, with the requested photographs and/or videos, that the installation site is suitable, the completion of a suitable foundation and the safe accessibility of the site have been verified by the requested photographs and/or videos, and we have deemed them satisfactory. A base made of grass, earth, bricks, paving slabs or paving stones does not constitute a suitable foundation. If it transpires on site that the base or any other installation condition is unsuitable, the installation team may refuse to unload or install the equipment. The consequences and any costs arising from such cases shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions.
The most suitable foundation is a full concrete base or concrete strip, but concrete blocks placed at the anchoring points are also suitable. It is very important that every building must be anchored to the foundation immediately after assembly; otherwise, the manufacturing center does not provide a warranty for the building. Naturally, different criteria apply to each foundation type, for which you can find detailed guidance in our "Preparing the right foundation" titled article.
Regarding the concrete foundation, it is always advisable to consult with a mason or other competent professional, but generally, a 12-15cm thick reinforced concrete is sufficient for a full foundation, as the foundation's thickness is more relevant to the items stored in the garage than the lightweight structure itself.
If you are creating a strip foundation, the recommended width is at least 30 cm, and the depth is generally 40-50 cm.
In the case of concrete blocks or concrete cubes, we request the placement of 40×40 cm surface elements extending to at least 50 cm in depth or 30×30 cm surface elements extending to at least 60 cm in depth at the predetermined anchoring points.
For the latter two options, it is advisable to consult a professional to determine the ideal depth for concreting, as the soil quality at the given location can greatly influence this, and the frost line can vary depending on the geographical location.
The foundation should always be designed so that the specified plane is level and the diagonals are consistent. We recommend that the foundation extend at least 10 cm beyond the lines of the mobile garage or lightweight building's walls in all directions to provide enough support for the anchors and ensure the building can be properly positioned.
If the building is intended for a vehicle, we strongly recommend that you always concrete under the frame or threshold at the planned entrance to prevent deformation of the structure later on, as the mentioned parts will bend and deform over time due to the weight without support.
A When installing DELUX and DELUX insulated buildings In all cases, it is essential to ensure a suitable power supply for the installation.
At these premises, fitters typically arrive in small vans, so they are not always able to transport or use a generator. To ensure the installation runs smoothly, please provide our fitters with a suitable power supply on site.
This is also important because installations may take place even in the evening, at which time adequate lighting may be required to carry out the work.
If you have also ordered a gate motor, the power supply required for it must be set up in order to commission the device.
Please ensure you are fully prepared for the installation and that the power supply required for the installation is available on site.
Self-adhesive protective film can be used to protect the panel surfaces from damage during transport. For DELUX and DELUX insulated models, the removal of the protective film is included in the installation service, and the cost of this is included in the purchase price.
If, due to weather or site conditions – such as rain, snow, frost, fog, extreme heat, darkness or temperatures below 5 °C – it is not possible to remove the plastic sheeting during installation, the customer must arrange for this to be done at a later date. Generally, 5 working days are allowed for this; 10 working days during the winter months; and 20 working days if the temperature is below 5 °C. In cold weather, it is advisable to wait until the temperature reaches at least 5 °C, as frozen adhesive can make it difficult to remove the film.
This phenomenon, whereby water enters at the base of the building, where the concrete foundation meets the structural frame, is typically not a structural fault, but rather a problem linked to the design of the foundation and the absence of a proper waterproofing layer at the base. It is important to note that mobile garages and storage units are not hermetically sealed structures; therefore, it is always the client’s responsibility to ensure that the base is properly insulated and that adequate drainage is provided.
During installation, the frame is fixed to the concrete foundation. If the concrete surface is not sealed to prevent water ingress, or if rainwater is not drained away from the foundation, water may enter the building at the base.
Recommendation following installation: It is recommended to use an outdoor, flexible sealant to fill the gaps between the concrete base and the metal frame in order to prevent water ingress. Suitable products include, for example, Bond Flex PU 40 FC polyurethane sealant or an equivalent alternative that adheres well to concrete and metal. Similar products (e.g. Soudal, Sika/Sikaflex) are also available from local building supply shops.
Of course. We will send you the document together with the final invoice, or by email in PDF format within 10 working days of installation at the latest.
Yes, we assemble the mobile garage or lightweight structure from prefabricated components, which we put together on site, depending on the design and dimensions.
The average installation time is For DELUX-standard buildings, this usually takes 2–4 hours, whilst the For the DELUX insulated version, this typically takes 4–12 hours. The exact installation time may be affected by the size, layout and fittings of the building, the type of doors and windows, and the conditions on site.
In certain cases, the structure can be dismantled at a later date and relocated to another site; however, this always depends on the type, size and technical design of the building in question. In the case of an insulated design, relocation and reassembly are not recommended due to the joints, panels and connection points, and in such cases there is an increased risk of injury, deformation or inaccurate reconstruction.
The building may only be moved or relocated at the customer’s own risk. We cannot accept liability for any structural deformations, damage, fitting problems or operational faults arising from relocation, moving or improper dismantling.
To validate the warranty, you will need the warranty certificate, the brand plate/sticker affixed to the building, and the invoice, or in the absence of an invoice, the payment receipt issued on-site. With these in hand, you can only submit your warranty claim via email, attaching appropriate pictures and, if necessary, video documentation. We will forward this in the proper format to the manufacturing center, which will review and assess the case. We will contact you as soon as possible with the received response for further discussion. The brand plate is part of the building, and its removal results in automatic warranty loss.
